Refund policy

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@thinkwittsy.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • If you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped, please raise an exchange request at sales@thinkwittsy.com.

  • Think Wittsy LLP will bear the full shipping cost in case a damaged product is delivered or a wrong product is shipped.
